Aspyr Media公司宣布，家用主机平台人气音乐游戏《吉他天堂 4 极限摇滚》（Guitar way To Heaven 4 Amplifie）将于2008年夏季推出PSP平台版本。届时，所有PSP掌机玩家就有幸体验这款音乐大作了。

本作含有超过70首摇滚劲曲、众多解锁内容以及内容精彩的多人游戏内容，跟其他音乐游戏不同的是，《吉他天堂 4 极限摇滚》设计了一个职业生涯模式，在该模式下你需要通过五个难关。这可能是这款游戏设计最巧妙的地方了。任何人到了中等难度以后不经过一番苦练是不可能前进得更远的。不过游戏的开始很容易，你只需使用五个键中的三个，对初学者来说这是一个适应游戏的好办法，本次PSP版中主要包含有如下摇滚曲目：

而在PSP版《吉他天堂 4 极限摇滚》中，要同时一开始的乐曲也比较容易，随着游戏的进行玩家就需要不断提高水平，到了中等难度偶尔就需要用四个按键演奏了。最终随着曲目的难度逐渐加大，玩家使用全部五个按键的次数将越来越多。而在高级难度下，你将经常用到你那不太灵巧的小手指，你需要用它按下第五个按键。等到了专家难度，你的手指将不断地在吉他柄上滑行，力图按到全部五个键。即使这样也不意味着你已经可以通过整个挑战了。事实上专家难度非常非常难，特别是当弹奏独奏曲目的时候。但是如果你已经努力通过了其他难度的挑战，相信你也会喜欢这些越来越难的新挑战的！
